We work with individuals of all backgrounds who are experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship issues, stress, or life transitions. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Our approach is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices. We focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps individuals process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional impact. It’s particularly effective for PTSD and trauma-related symptoms.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps individuals explore their inner “parts” or subpersonalities. This approach fosters self-awareness, emotional healing, and the resolution of internal conflicts.
The length of therapy varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients see progress in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support.
Currently, we do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for details.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking support to navigate life’s challenges, therapy can provide a safe space to heal and grow. Contact us for a consultation to discuss how we can support you.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is a structured, present-focused approach that helps identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, leading to improved emotional well-being. IFS (Internal Family Systems), on the other hand, explores the different “parts” of yourself, fostering self-compassion, resolving inner conflicts, and addressing past traumas. While CBT emphasizes modifying thoughts and behaviors, IFS centers on understanding and harmonizing inner experiences.
